These Community Showcase video segments are approximately one minute in length and welcome the viewer to Rocklin, as well as highlight the various opportunities and amenities in the community. There are seven video segments with topics including:
- Introduction/Welcome
- Quality of Life
- Real Estate/Relocation
- Parks/Recreation
- Economic Development
- Education
- Business and Industry.
City Manager Ricky A. Horst said:
“This is a great opportunity for existing members of the community to learn about their City. Additionally, the videos provide businesses (looking to relocate and potential new start-up businesses) with a chance to see what Rocklin has to offer."The videos were produced by CGI Communications who have produced over 2,000 videos for various cities and counties around the country. There was no cost to the City for this program. CGI recovers its costs through sponsorships from local businesses.
